🐾 Our Own Breeding Cats

All of the breeding cats we use belong to our cattery and live under our constant care and supervision. We never use breeding males or females from other catteries or private homes.

🩺 Health and Safety

Bringing outside cats into a cattery can increase the risk of introducing viral or bacterial infections, including illnesses that may not show visible symptoms. For this reason, using only our own breeding cats is one of our most important principles.

Our breeding cats receive regular veterinary examinations and appropriate health testing. This careful approach helps us minimize health risks and protect every adult cat and kitten in our cattery.

🧬 Careful Genetic Planning

We carefully monitor the genetics of our kittens. Our breeding cats were intentionally selected from different reputable catteries to prevent related bloodlines from being crossed.

🐾 Responsible Breeding

We approach every pairing with great care and never allow breeding between related cats. Each planned pairing is carefully reviewed to maintain genetic diversity and reduce the risk of inherited health conditions.

This responsible approach helps us preserve strong bloodlines and gives every kitten the best possible foundation for a healthy life.

🩺 Complete Veterinary Examination

Before leaving our cattery, every kitten receives a complete physical examination by a licensed veterinarian.

The veterinarian carefully examines the kitten’s:

• Coat and skin
• Eyes and ears
• Nose and throat
• Mouth, teeth, and gums
• Heart and lungs
• Muscles, bones, and joints
• Abdomen and internal organs
• Weight and overall physical condition

💉 Vaccination and Preventive Care

Each kitten receives their first FVRCP vaccination and is dewormed with Strongid. The veterinary certificate also includes the recommended schedule for the next FVRCP booster, which is usually given within three to four weeks.

🧪 FeLV Testing

Every kitten is tested for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). The test result is recorded on the veterinary examination certificate.

📄 Individual Health Certificate

Each kitten leaves our cattery with an individual veterinary examination certificate documenting the results of the physical examination, vaccination, deworming, FeLV testing, and the veterinarian’s recommendations for future care.
